So, now I have about an hour until my flight to Dar Es Salaam, where I will spend the night at a bed and breakfast. Tomorrow morning we head back to Kisampa early, apparently we have guests coming in! Excited to get there and unpack and settle in for the next three months. This time, I brought lots of food with me. Some highlights include: makings for smores (marshmallows, hersheys, graham crackers), goldfish, pringles, lots of chocolate, and some other treats. I also have about 40 tshirts for the guys that work at the camp. I can't wait to give the shirts to them!
Also, check out this article written about my experience in The Lakeland Times, the local paper in Minocqua, WI where my mom lives.

The author, Joyce, is 83, and gets some of her facts wrong, but overall it is a good overview. The print edition has a whole picture page! So, next time I go up to Minocqua maybe I will be a local celebrity.
Thats all for now, I will upload some pictures soon! Excited to be heading back!
we all look forward to updates sweetie...plus more info on TREES FOR TANZANIA. come home soon!!
